IN Krasnoyarsk region a criminal investigation has been completed against two residents Lesosibirskaccused of organizing illegal migration of foreign citizens. This was reported by the press service of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region and the Republic of Khakassia.
According to investigators, from January 2024 to September 2025, a 60-year-old foreign citizen and a 32-year-old resident of Lesosibirsk found four foreign citizens, organized their arrival in Russia, provided them with housing and employed them in a workshop for the production of bakery products without concluding an employment contract.
Based on materials from the Federal Security Service of Russia in the region, a criminal case was initiated on this fact. clause “a” part 2 art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of illegal migration by a group of persons by prior conspiracy).
The defendants are currently in custody. Foreign citizens were expelled from Russian territory.
The criminal case has been sent to the prosecutor's office for approval of the indictment and subsequent referral to court for consideration on the merits.
