In Krasnoyarsk, they will select contractors in a new way to restore amenities after repairs at housing and communal services facilities

KrasCom is changing its approach to selecting contractors for landscaping restoration. This decision was made following a working meeting between the head of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Vereshchagin and the general director of the enterprise Oleg Goncherov.
The head of the city and the head of the resource supplying organization, in addition to the prospects for the development of urban water supply and sanitation systems, also discussed maintaining the pace of establishing order after excavation work on utility networks, which KrasKom collected at the end of 2025, having closed 1,357 permit orders.
To date, the company has 514 warrants allowing it to carry out work on underground communications. The enterprise budget for 2026 provides 145 million rubles for the restoration of damaged amenities.
In the new construction season, the total volume of road work in places where water supply and sewerage networks are being repaired will be divided into seven competitive lots according to the number of urban areas. The selection of contractors will be carried out based on the results of open tenders, so that there is transparency in the procurement process with a guarantee of proper execution of work under the personal responsibility of the winner.
“We understand our responsibility to Krasnoyarsk residents for maintaining the comfortable appearance of our city, and the importance of feedback from district administrations, who are in constant dialogue with residents and know all the “pain points” in their territory,” notes Oleg Goncherov, general director of KrasCom. “That is why, based on an analysis of the work of our road contractors and taking into account the proposals of district administrations, it was decided to select contractors for improvement for each district separately. This will make it possible not only to conduct double quality control, but also to quickly correct the addresses issued for work.”
