The Grammy Awards 2026 took place on Sunday in Los Angeles and as usual it was the time when the media around the world had their eyes not only on the list of winners, but also on the way the hundreds of stars dressed on the red carpet.

While some stars looked perfect in their outfits, others completely missed the mark, wearing extravagant dresses and bizarre outfits, writes the British tabloid Daily Mail. And CNN noted the outfits displayed on the red carpet.

The Grammy Awards, which celebrate the best musical achievements of the year, were hosted by comedian Trevor Noah and featured guest artists such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars.

Ahead of the ceremony, the stars walked the red carpet to show off their outfits… and there were plenty of sartorial nightmares and over-the-top outfits.

The British newspaper The Daily Mail has gathered the biggest fashion blunders from the 2026 Grammy Awards.

Nothing to the imagination

Singer Chappell Roan appeared almost topless at the awards show, teaming the see-through burgundy mesh dress with a pair of black underwear. The dress was held up by the nipple piercings. She paired it with a gold necklace and black heels. She completed the bold look with intense eye makeup and ombre red lipstick.

Heidi Klum, a latex dress

Another provocative outfit was that of German model Heidi Klum, ex-wife of singer Seal. Model Heidi Klum appeared almost naked at the Grammys in a skin-colored, strapless latex dress that accentuated her curves. The dress showed off her breasts as it didn't hide anything, and the daring design was completed by a pair of matching nude heels.

Too many things happening in the same appearance

Singer Miley Cyrus opted for a casual look at the bottom with black balloon-style trousers, which she teamed with a tight, tailored leather jacket, which was studded with lots of gold key chains. The outfit was created by Celine and she completed it with a pair of black leather heels, messy hair and gold hoop earrings.

A dress like 25 years ago

American actress and singer Addison Rae wore a white dress with an odd cut that looked like she could have appeared at an awards show in the early 2000s, notes the Daily Mail. The sculptural white dress had a U-shaped neckline to the navel, with a dramatic skirt with cascading ruffles that met in the middle. The back of the asymmetric dress was extremely short. She chose not to accessorize, just a pair of white heels to complete the outfit.

Going to prom or the Grammys?

Another star who took the Daily Mail by storm was model Chrissy Teigen who looked like she was heading to a prom in a pink and red ombre strapless dress with gray brocade embroidery all over. The asymmetric hem of the dress highlighted her legs, having a high cut. She teamed the dress with a burgundy purse and matching heels, along with a pair of dramatic diamond earrings.

Another provocative outfit was worn by American reality TV star Summer House, Ciara Miller. She didn't hold back at all on the red carpet, wearing a bold, plunging black dress with a dramatic cutout on the side and back. She matched the dress with high-heeled shoes and minimalist jewelry, the Daily Mail also notes.
