The head of Czech diplomacy and leader of the Motorized Party, Petr Macinka, announced that he and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will ignore the office of President Petr Pavel. The dispute concerns Pavel's refusal to appoint the Motorized Party's candidate, Filip Turek, to a ministerial position. On Sunday, a demonstration of support for the president took place in Prague.
