SGC summed up the results of the annual competition for a personal scholarship

Siberian Generating Company summed up the results of the annual competition for a personal scholarship, which this year was held among company employees.

The well-deserved award was received by 14 young specialists of the Yenisei TGC (a division of the SGC in the Krasnoyarsk Territory) – the guys successfully combine work at enterprises with training in educational institutions.

The winners receive a theoretical basis at universities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia. Scholarship holders include bachelors, masters and graduate students. In total, about 100 people took part in the competition. They competed for the title of the strongest in the “Future of the Company” nomination.

The competition committee evaluated applicants for personal scholarships based on a number of criteria. In addition to high academic performance, active participation in research activities, contribution to the social life of the team and achievements at work were taken into account. The amount of monetary reward for the winners was up to 34 thousand rubles.

“A personalized scholarship is not just financial support, but an important part of a comprehensive strategy for forming a personnel reserve. The company actively supports the practice of combining the educational process with production activities. This provides better practical training, knowledge of the enterprise culture and technological processes, which allows the guys to be more oriented in the profession and develop within the Company,” said Tatyana Ponomareva, HR Director of Yenisei TGC.

For systematic training of personnel, SGC closely cooperates with a number of educational institutions in the region. Among them are the Polytechnic Institute of Siberian Federal University, Siberian State University named after. M. F. Reshetnev, as well as specialized colleges and technical schools in Krasnoyarsk, Kansk, Minusinsk and Nazarovo. And an additional impetus for the development of all employees is the company’s Corporate University.
