Krasnoyarsk International Airport named after. D. A. Hvorostovsky topped the punctuality rating among air harbors of Russian millionaire cities. The study based on the results of 2025 was conducted by the AlfaStrakhovanie company.

According to an analysis of 864 thousand flights, 75% of departures and arrivals in Krasnoyarsk were carried out exactly on schedule. This result was the best in its category. For comparison, the leaders of the Moscow air hub – Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports – ensured that only 50% of flights were on time.
According to the press service, high performance was achieved thanks to the optimization of internal processes. The airport has updated its fleet of special equipment, introduced digital control systems and speeded up service on the apron and at check-in. This helped to minimize the influence of the human factor.
At the same time, last year the schedule was significantly influenced by external circumstances: difficult weather conditions and restrictions related to flight safety at other airports in the country. Despite this, the Krasnoyarsk air harbor maintained operational efficiency.
