The Krasnoyarsk Capital Construction Department has launched a procedure for terminating the municipal contract with the developers of the school project in the 5th microdistrict of the Sloboda Vesny residential area. The reason for this decision is that the Moscow company did not complete the work on time.

GeoproektIzyskaniya LLC has already sent a notice of non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract and its unilateral termination.

“The contractor missed the terms of the municipal contract. This is not the only complaint: information about the design progress was not provided to the customer in full, the external appearance of the building was not agreed upon, and the contract for state examination was not concluded on time. The cost of the contract was 48.2 million rubles, no advance was provided,” —​ said the head of the urban planning department Sergei Shikunov.

After completing the contract termination procedure, UKS will contact the Federal Antimonopoly Service to include GeoproektIzyskaniya LLC in the register of unscrupulous contractors. Work will also begin to organize the search for other project developers in the future.
