Dmitry Peskov mentioned Poland. “We really have a problem”

The Kremlin spokesman expressed concern about the tendency of Poland and the Baltic countries to blame and demonize Russia, writes the Russian news agency TASS. In his opinion, this is a “serious mistake”. Peskov's words come from a recent interview with Alexander Yunashev.

Dmitry Peskova mentioned Poland. “They demonize Russia”
Peskov said that some countries have had “lack of friendly feelings” towards Russia for centuries. “Let's take Poland for example. We really have a problem with Poland. The Baltic countries are also causing us difficulties. For some reason, they are constantly afraid of us and tend to demonize Russia,” he said, quoted by TASS.
According to Pieskov, it does not matter who is currently in power in Poland. “Each new government seems to show intense hostility towards our country and its people,” the Kremlin spokesman added.
Dmitry Peskov did not mention the years of oppression from Russia
Peskov's words should be treated as an example of Russian propaganda. Over the centuries, Poles have experienced first-hand what Russian politics and culture entails. Moscow was one of the three invaders who caused the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth to cease to exist in 1795.
Right after Poland regained independence in 1920, Russia again wanted to subjugate our territories. During World War II, Moscow and Germany divided the territories of the Second Polish Republic between them. At that time and in the previous years, there were numerous persecutions, repressions and crimes against Poles. After the war, Poland found itself in the sphere of influence of the Soviet Union.
