In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a store administrator will go to trial for stealing proceeds from a safe.

In the Achinsk municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a store employee will appear in court for stealing money from a safe. This was reported by the press service of the regional police.

Law enforcement officers established that at the end of the summer of 2025, a local resident, working as a store administrator, was in her office and stole proceeds in the amount of 125 thousand rubles from the safe. The woman fled the crime scene with the stolen money and spent it.

“The woman admitted that she had the key to the safe and had free access to funds. The investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Achinsky” opened a criminal case against a previously unconvicted local resident born in 1987 on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft,” explained the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.

Currently, the materials of the criminal case have been sent to the Achinsk City Court for consideration on the merits. The accused faces up to 5 years in prison. She was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
