We are talking about the discrepancy in prices for housing under construction and finished housing, says the report of the Accounts Chamber.
In some regions the gap is in the range of 30-60%. Among them:
— Astrakhan region;
— Transbaikal region;
— Kirov region;
— Leningrad region;
— Magadan region;
— Moscow region;
— Oryol region;
— Penza region;
— Republic of Karelia;
— Sverdlovsk region;
— Chelyabinsk region.
