New prosecutors appointed to two districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In Krasnoyarsk region Justice Adviser Andrei Vasilenko has been appointed prosecutor of the Uyarsky district, and justice advisor Ilya Timoshin has been appointed prosecutor of the Kezhemsky district. The day before they were presented to the heads of local authorities, law enforcement and courts.
Andrey Vasilenko is 40 years old. From December 2007 to January 2011, he worked as an investigator in the departments for the Emelyanovsky district, Kirovsky and Sovetsky districts of Krasnoyarsk Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office. Subsequently, he held the positions of senior assistant prosecutor of the Emelyanovsky district, prosecutor of the department for supervision of procedural activities of the bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, first and second departments of the department for supervision of investigation, inquiry and operational investigative activities of the regional prosecutor's office, deputy prosecutor of the Sovetsky district of Krasnoyarsk. Since March 2025, he served as prosecutor of the Partizansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Ilya Timoshin is 35 years old. He was recruited to serve in the prosecutor's office in February 2013 and appointed assistant prosecutor of Norilsk. Subsequently, he held the positions of prosecutor of the department for supervision of criminal procedural activities of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, FSKN, FSSP, FSIN, prosecutor and senior prosecutor of the third department of the department for supervision of investigation, inquiry and operational investigative activities of the regional prosecutor's office. Since September 2022, he served as deputy Kansk interdistrict prosecutor.
Taking into account the peculiarities of the new supervised territories, regional prosecutor Roman Tyutyunik outlined key areas of activity for Andrey Vasilenko and Ilya Timoshin. These are: paying off wages and taxes, increasing the efficiency of enforcement proceedings; supervision over the legality of the disposal of municipal housing, control of queues of those in need and the rights of social workers; analysis of the reasons for the increase in serious crimes, as well as those committed with the use of violence and arson; strengthening the fight against crimes in the housing and communal services sector, illegal cryptocurrency mining, violations in the fuel and energy complex and the environment; ensuring complete compensation for damage caused by crimes and increasing the detection rate of remote thefts; monitoring compliance with the rights of disabled children, orphans and large families, prevention of teenage crime; strengthening anti-corruption checks in the areas of budget expenditures, real estate, forestry and subsoil.
