Trump was asked if he was okay.
“I'm fine. I hit him on the table. So I put a little… What's the name of the cream on him? But I hit him. I would say take an aspirin if you value your heart. But don't take an aspirin if you don't want a little bruise. [Это] if you take large doses,” the US President replied.
Trump added that he “takes a lot of aspirin.”
“The doctor said, ‘You don’t need to take it, sir, you’re very healthy.’ I said, ‘I don’t want to take the risk.’ Well, that’s one of the side effects of taking it,” the head of the White House concluded.
Trump on the bruise on his hand:
I'm very good. I clipped it on the table. So, I put a little—uh, what do they call a cream on it? But I clipped it.
I would say: take aspirin if you like your heart.

Context
Trump, 79, has repeatedly described his health as “perfect.” He claims to work full time, admits to taking 325 mg of aspirin a day as a preventive measure, and aside from golf, does not exercise regularly.
On January 1, The Wall Street Journal wrote, citing those around him, that the head of the White House was showing signs of aging in public and in private life. He is the oldest person to assume the post of head of the White House. Trump gave an interview to the publication about his health, immediately declaring that it was “perfect.” But the newspaper wrote that Trump often sits with his eyes closed and perhaps sleeps at public events, his hearing has become worse, his legs are very swollen and bruises appear all the time, which the media have repeatedly drawn attention to.
