The man set himself on fire and fell from the balcony of the 19th floor of a Voronezh high-rise building. Locals mistook it for a fallen drone.
An ambulance was called by residents of the Heart of the City complex on Kukolkina Street. Eyewitnesses say they woke up from noise and bright light. At first they wanted to call the police – they were afraid that a UAV had arrived. Later, when they went outside and began to extinguish the poor fellow, they realized that it was too late to do anything. A car near the fallen man also caught fire.
The man died on the spot from his injuries.
