To which team FC Dallas loaned Enes Sali

FC Dallas announced that Enes Sali, the youngest player to debut for the Romanian national team, was loaned by the American club in Saudi Arabia to Al-Riyadh.

Enes Sali has been loaned to the relegation-fighting outfit in Saudi Arabia until June 2026. It is Enes Sali's second experience at Al Riyadh, after being loaned to the Americans from winter 2025 to summer 2025.

Enes Sali, on loan from Dallas FC to Al Riyadh

FC Dallas have loaned midfielder Enes Sali to Al-Riyadh SC of the Saudi Arabian Premier League until June 2026, now awaiting Sali's International Transfer Certificate.

Sali will not take an U22 player place in the squad for the duration of the loan.

Sali was also loaned to Al-Riyadh in 2025, where he played eight matches, registering a goal and an assist in the league matches.

The Romanian midfielder made his only appearance for FC Dallas in MLS on October 26 against Vancouver Whitecaps FC in the first leg of the Audi 2025 MLS Cup Playoffs, Round 1, Best-of-3 series.

He made his FC Dallas debut in the 2024 Leagues Cup match against LIGA MX side FC Juárez on 31 July 2024.

With North Texas SC, during the MLS NEXT Pro 2024 season, Sali recorded 25 regular season appearances, scoring eight goals and providing six assists. He helped North Texas SC win the MLS NEXT Pro Cup on November 9, 2024 with a victory over Philadelphia Union II at Toyota Stadium in Frisco,” FC Dallas said in a statement on its official website.

  • Enes Sali spent his junior year at the Barcelona Academy, and then at the Hagi Academy. In 2021, he made his debut at Farul Constanța, and three years later, the Super League team sold him to Dallas for 2.7 million euros. Enes Sali only made his MLS debut two years later as he played for the youth team of MLS side North Texas SC. During this period he was also loaned for half a season at Al Riyadh, where he played 8 matches, scored and provided an assist.

  • The 19-year-old has only played two games for Dallas. It is quoted by specialized websites at one million euros.

Al Riyadh is ranked 16th in the first league in Saudi Arabia. With only 10 points in 16 matches, the team occupies a relegable place.
