The Council must ensure the financing of “Ukrzaliznytsia” due to the overpayment of income tax – GMK Center.
“For January-July 2025, UAH 16.8 billion of corporate income tax has already been collected, which is 97% of the annual plan. That is, we are talking about unscheduled revenues that are simply accumulating in the capital,” explained GMK Center director Stanislav Zinchenko.
He emphasized: without intervention, the state risks leaving the agricultural sector, metal, building materials and other key cargoes without transportation.
Bill No. 13439-3 has already been supported by the budget committee. It will allow UAH 8 billion to be transferred to the budget reserve to cover the deficit of the UZ and restore the destroyed infrastructure.
