Gyor's superstar, Denmark's Helena Elver Hageso (27), has sprained her left elbow and will be out for around two months.
Helena Elver Hageso was injured on Tuesday night in the 7th minute of the derby with Debrecen in the Hungarian championship, which ended with a score of 39-22. The Danish coordinator entered the semi-circle, threw at the goal after being pushed by an opponent and upon landing fell into her left hand.

Helena suffered a sprained left elbow and after her hand was immobilized, the player was transported to the hospital for investigations and final diagnosis.

The club announced that her ligaments were not affected and thus the player does not currently need surgery. His arm was put in a cast and depending on the recovery period, Hageso will miss about 2 months.
The first match in which the Danish coordinator will not play is on Sunday, in the match at Gloria Bistrita in the Champions League (Sunday, January 25, 5:00 p.m.).
