In Krasnoyarsk, the capital repair fund found a contractor who will tidy up the residential building at 85 Mira. They managed to do this the second time.
The cost of repairs is 10.123 million rubles. For that money, according to the estimate, the contractor would have to install scaffolding on the building, remove old paint, repair plaster and restore damaged stucco, and then prime and paint everything. The work must be completed within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The first attempt to find a contractor was made back in December 2025. But then the auction is not showed up no company. A new auction with the same conditions was announced a month later. Only one company applied to participate and was declared the winner. The businessmen did not reduce the starting price of the contract.
