In the Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Center for Maternal and Child Health from January 1 to January 11, 2026, 87 children were born, of which 40 are girls and 47 are boys.

“The past December 2025 gave new parents 374 children on New Year’s Eve. 168 girls and 206 boys. 12 twins and 1 triplets. The smallest child in December was a boy weighing 750 grams. And the largest gift was a girl, her birth weight was 4950 grams,” the center reported.

In total, in 2025, 3,862 babies were born at the maternal and child health center: 1,870 girls and 1,992 boys, 161 twins and 1 triplets. This is 659 more children than in 2024.

The smallest children in 2025 were two girls born in April and August. Their birth weight was 480 grams. The largest child was a boy who was born in August. His birth weight was 5040 grams.
