According to their estimates, three mobile launchers can be placed at this site, the rest will probably be at other bases.

Experts believe that the deployment of Oreshniki in Belarus is of a political nature. The Kremlin uses nuclear threats to try to keep Ukraine's partners from supplying it with long-range weapons.
Alexander Lukashenko, who calls himself the president of the country, reported on December 18 that Oreshnik had been put on combat duty in Belarus. After that President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky noted that Kyiv transmitted information to the allies about where exactly the complex is located.
Context
The Russian Federation for the first time used an experimental medium ballistic missile “Oreshnik” with a nuclear-free hypersonic warhead to strike the Dnieper November 21, 2024. Its development had not been reported before. According to Ukrainian intelligence, the launch was carried out from the Kedr complex, and Oreshnik was just a code. The rocket's flight time from the Astrakhan region was approximately 15 minutes.
The number of such missiles, according to Ukraine, is very limited – there is no serial production, however, the illegitimate President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, on the contrary, announced alleged reserves and continued testing.
On December 19, Putin reported that Oreshnik was allegedly superior to Western air defense systems, and proposed a “high-tech duel”: striking a chosen target (for example, in Kyiv).
