Investigators have opened a case after a Zelenogorsk resident suffered a spinal fracture while tubing

A criminal case has been opened in the Krasnoyarsk Territory following a message on social networks about a man being injured while tubing. This was reported by the press service of the regional investigative committee.

While monitoring the Internet, investigators discovered information that on January 6 in Zelenogorsk, in the Zolinsky extreme park, a 29-year-old man was sliding off a specially equipped track, flew up on a springboard and fell out of the tubing. As a result of the impact, he suffered a fractured vertebra.

Based on this fact, the Rybinsk Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements),” the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the region and the Republic of Khakassia clarified.

The man was recognized as a victim. During the investigation will conduct a forensic medical examination to determine the severity of the harm to health. All the circumstances of the incident are now being established.
