The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at Rylsk with MGM-140B ATACMS Block 1A missiles with, in advance, a cluster warhead. The damage radius of each “cassette” is 15 meters.
According to our information, the missiles were shot down by air defense, and approximately 17 submunitions fell from one warhead. After the shelling, about ten cars caught fire.
