The Ryanair Group in Poland announced a large January recruitment at one of its airlines. Buzz – because we are talking about it – will employ up to 300 cabin crew members, and meetings will be held throughout January. The additional employment is intended to strengthen the carrier before the intense summer season.

Buzz, part of the Ryanair group, announced the opening of recruitment for 300 cabin crew members as part of the expansion of its operations in Poland. Throughout January, starting today, recruitment meetings with Ryanair representatives will be held throughout the country, where candidates will be able to learn more about working for the airline and get to know their future employer better.

Recruitment meetings at Buzz

The recruitment event schedule is as follows:

  • January 12, 10:00 – Warsaw, Hotel Ibis Styles Warszawa City,
  • January 13, 10:30 – Wrocław, Hotel Campanile Stare Miasto,
  • January 14 10:30 – Poznań, Moxy Poznań Airport,
  • January 15, 10:30 – Gdańsk, Hotel Qubus,
  • January 27, 10:30 – Kraków, Hotel Campanile Kraków Old Town,
  • January 18, 10:30 – Katowice, Hotel Campanile Katowice.

During the meetings, Buzz staff members will answer questions from potential employees, who will in turn be able to learn about the employment conditions and career development in aviation. The Ryanair Group announces competitive remuneration packages, discounts on travel within the carrier's network of over 235 destinations and industry-leading schedules, i.e. 5 days on and 3 days off.

Ryanair is getting ready for the summer season

Michał Kaczmarzyk, CEO of Buzz, assures that Poland is a key market for both Buzz and the entire Ryanair group. In the summer season, the carrier intends to increase operations from Polish airports, which is why it is creating 300 jobs for cabin crew, looking for ambitious people who want to develop their careers in airlines. This is confirmed by Alicja Wójcik-Gołębiowska, Head of Comms CEE & Baltics at Ryanair, pointing to intensive development in Poland before the summer season.
