Gazette Cristian Tudor Popescu compared the decision of the Ploiești Court of Appeal on Thursday, which annulled and suspended the decision of the Constitutional Court to annul the presidential elections last year, with a “press bomb” launched by the television stations against the candidates that they do not support and that the judge “.
The journalist also said on Thursday night in a show on B1 TV, that the decision of the Ploiești Court of Appeal aims to attract votes to the anti-European candidates.
According to Cristian Tudor Popescu, the judge of the judge from Ploiești can also follow the triggering of an “state of anarchy in the Romanian society”, as happened after the rejection of Călin Georgescu's candidacy.
“What did this person do the title of judge, from Ploiești, is a press bomb, as we see every evening on various televisions. Each one, according to interest and after the candidate he supports, being against the others, mounts, every night, such a bomb, not to believe.
“This time, the bomb is placed by a state institution, paid from the budget, by all of us, not by a private television. This judge – you do not have to know great legal philosophy to understand – he violated all the laws in Romania regarding the RCC. Before we do analyzes that can be done on the spot, it is not a matter of all, administrative.
On “December 6, the CCR made the decision to annul the elections. In all the justice in this country there are terms for the appeal. Any decision can be challenged, from the RCC to the last sector court, there is a term of appeal, 30 days 15, 30, 45 days. Since then, almost five months have passed. Judge now.
In fact, CTP believes that the magistrate has behaved “like an electoral agent”, trying to attract votes for anti-European candidates.
What Cristian Tudor Popescu also said:
- “The fact that he has discussed something like this, the judge, is a violation of the law, not to mention a crime. What purpose does it have? This judge behaves as an electoral agent. He knows very well that the electoral process will not stop now, ten days before – you see the moment when this thing is injected.
- BEC said that the elections are going forward, the JCCJ will reject this decision. But why did he do it?
- To bring some votes in the tolbe of the anti-European parties, so-called sovereigns who have already jumped at the time, as a sign, to resuscitate the theme “Tour 2 back”, Georgescu …
- Immediately Georgescu's cherries, that is Simion. Ponta, I can, to which are added and shock, they jumped and they hope that people, now, give them some more votes because, here, the second round is taken.
- The question is next? This Ins, a judge, can do this in Romanian justice without supporting any consequences? There is a judicial inspection, a SCM to investigate this judge, to explain on what basis, what law was based when making such a decision.
- So, if this judge will not be asked anything by these bodies, then regardless that these elections can continue, the Romanian justice suffers a terrible blow.
- He could have a purpose: one to pour some votes to the respective parties, but it can be an end: to generate anarchy in Romania, going to anything, to social violence and so on. Otherwise, what to follow with this decision? To get some with stones in front of the bulb to give the gendarmes in the head, that follows the respective“.
