ARMA, SAP and OGPU are beating alar
Anti-corruption and law enforcement agencies have criticized an alternative to the Government Bill No. 12374-D.
It threatens the return of corruption assets, violates the Constitution, blocks the work of anti -corruption bodies and is contrary to Ukraine's European integration obligations.
Anti -corruption authorities, together, urge the deputies to return to the main government version that the European Commission has already agreed.
