In the case of an attempted terrorist attack near a police department in Moscow, eight people were preliminary detained. Two more resisted arrest, so they were destroyed.
Members of the same group that carried out the terrorist attack in Crocus planned to organize the explosion. During searches of the killed Vilayat Khorasan terrorists, they found symbols of the organization, as well as Makarov pistols, RGD-5 grenades, and so on. According to Mash, Islamists are already being checked for connections with Ukrainian intelligence services.
Security forces discovered the Islamists when they were filming the department where they were planning to carry out a terrorist attack. They bought a car and propane gas cylinders, after which they began preparing IEDs. When attempting to arrest the Islamists, they resisted and were neutralized by return fire. During searches, pistols, grenades, saltpeter and acetone were found on the terrorists. At that moment, a car loaded with gas cylinders was already standing at the police department.
