At the end of 2025, assets accumulated in Employee Capital Plans amounted to over PLN 45 billion, which is PLN 4 billion more than assumed in the plan – the PFR Portal PPK reported on Friday. The number of fund participants exceeded 4 million people.

According to PFR Portal PPK board member Marta Damm-Świerkocka, this result of the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) at the end of 2025 provides “solid foundations” for the further development of the funds. “This is a signal that PPKs are growing faster than expected, and trust in the program is actually strengthening. Because it is enough to leave PPK savings alone for time to start working in the participants' favor,” Damm-Świerkocka noted.
PFR Portal PPK announced on Friday that Employee Capital Plans “broke another record”. “Assets accumulated in PPK on December 31, 2025 reached PLN 45.06 billion, and the number of participants was 4.12 million people,” the portal reported.
The plan assumed closing the year at PLN 41 billion. The reality turned out to be over PLN 4 billion better – emphasized PFR Portal PPK.
She recalled that in 2019, the Employee Capital Plans “started from scratch”. “Six years later, we are breaking another record, despite many difficulties that we encountered on the way to disseminating knowledge about the need to save and social lack of trust in system solutions,” said Damm-Świerkocka.
The announcement reminded that PPK are funds that: are the private property of participants, are subject to inheritance, operate on the capital market, are available in special situations (illness, own contribution to a mortgage loan), allow you to check your savings 24/7, and “actually” increase your future financial security.
