A row against the government? Donald Tusk was to react sharply to these changes

There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the project to reform the National Labor Inspectorate for a long time. They concern primarily the planned granting of the power to inspectors to unilaterally transform civil law contracts and B2B contracts into employment contracts by means of an administrative decision. Despite various changes, the main flashpoint remained the concern about the automaticity of PIP's activities, which, without a court ruling, could impose an employment relationship on employers and contractors, requiring the payment of outstanding ZUS contributions and taxes.

PIP reform. A row against the government
On Tuesday, just before the end of the year, this topic was discussed at the government meeting. According to TVN24, this was supposed to happen an argument that lasted over an hour.
The Prime Minister allegedly felt cheated the government's findings were disregarded – reports TVN24, which reports that Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk, the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy responsible for this matter, and Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy, were unable to adequately explainwhy the provisions that the government did not agree to were included in the project, and, in addition, they were reported as one of the milestones in the National Reconstruction Plan.

According to TVN24's report, the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek wanted to calm down the dispute, but was silenced by the Prime Minister with the words: “Waldemar, I'm begging you, don't interfere.”
The National Labor Inspectorate comments on the proposed changes
“We do not want to abolish civil law contracts, we want to fight abuses,” said Chief Labor Inspector Marcin Stanecki recently, referring to the PIP reform project.
The head of the National Labor Inspectorate admitted that he was surprised by the distrust of the National Labor Inspectorate. He pointed out that education in this area is needed, therefore next year in each district there will be a conference on employment under civil law contracts, and an information and educational campaign is also planned.
He also pointed out that the inspection will not issue a decision in case of doubts, because resolving disputes is the task of labor courts.
