You need to cut a small piece of tape about two centimeters in length and stick it at the outer corner of the eye – slightly up and to the side, as if continuing the eyelash growth line. It will help you set the correct direction and angle of the arrow.
Then you need to carefully draw a line near the eyelashes, starting from the middle of the eye, and in the outer part make the line a little wider.
If you want to achieve a smoky effect, you need to lightly shade the arrow with a brush. This makeup will suit almost everyone and will make your look literally hypnotic.
