Constantin Dima, 26 years old, the defender retired early from football for a career in HoReCahe recounted his adventure as a professional player in an interview given to Gazeta Sporturilor. Formerly at Astra and Sepsi, Dima at one point also moved to Viitorul lui Hagi, ticking off only one appearance for Dobrogeni, and that in the Cup.

“I didn't have the patience to stay in Hagi! I was coming after a good season at Sepsi, and in August (no 2018) I signed with Viitorul. In December I left! I couldn't wait!
I signed with Astra immediately, after they bought me from Viitorul. In the winter when I was at Sepsi, in addition to offers from the country, I had offers from England, and at the end of June I received an offer from Italy. It was about training with the first team and playing in the Primavera, as other colleagues of mine did. I didn't accept at the time, I wanted to stay in the country. After the Viitorul period, where I had no patience…
Mr. Hagi appreciated me a lot because I prepared very well. And I always proved to him that I deserve to play, but he only told me: “Be patient, be patient, be patient!”. And I wasn't exactly a patient guy.
I had patience for two months, three months, to a point where I didn't have any more. He got very angry with me because I wanted to leave. Later, he reproached me for this, that I was impatient.
