
Ukrainian culinary specialist and restaurateur Evgeniy Klopotenko shared a recipe for dumpling dough on his website.
“I offer the simplest recipe for dough for dumplings made with water. Believe me, just three ingredients, mixed with love, will fulfill all the requirements that we set for them. Working with such dough is a real pleasure,” noted the culinary specialist.
Ingredients:
- 360 g flour;
- 180 ml water;
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation
- Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and pour in water at room temperature.
- Stir and start kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands. Then transfer to a work surface, sprinkle it with a little flour and knead into an elastic dough.
- Form it into a ball, wrap it in cling film and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Then cut a piece, roll it out, cut out circles, add filling and make dumplings.
