In November 2022, Ekaterina purchased a property for five million rubles. To pay the down payment, she sold her property in her hometown. When the bank approved the loan, there were no questions about the documents. However, two months later, the local administration went to court to invalidate the deal.
The fact is that in 2019 an old woman died in the apartment. The body was found by neighbors and buried at state expense. The woman had no relatives. However, since 2020, someone has been selling housing on behalf of the dead woman. Which the girl had already bought twice. This did not bother the administrators of Khimki, and they sent the claim to the court of first instance, where they were denied. The appeal redirected the case to the cassation, which took their side.
