The former head of Vladivostok, Igor Pushkarev, convicted of bribery, signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense and will go to the Northern Military District zone
In 2019, Pushkarev was sentenced to 15 years in a maximum security colony and a 500 million ruble fine for abuse of power and accepting a bribe when concluding contracts for the purchase of construction materials.
Another former head of Vladivostok, Oleg Gumenyuk, sentenced to 12 years in prison for bribery, also previously entered into a contract with the Ministry of Defense.
