Poland was represented at the Asian event by, among others: bands from Białystok and Żory. “A shocking success of our young competitors at the Asian Creativity Olympics. The two leading competitions were won by Polish teams, which defeated teams from China and the USA,” wrote Jakub Kumoch.
“Teams omeGANG from Białystok and anDruty from Żory took ex aequo first place in the Na Ju Challenge (Instant Challenge), which involved solving an engineering task and building a structure in a few minutes using basic tools and materials. Poles were equally strong in the Extreme Challenge competition, a 24-hour challenge in which they had to create an alternative communication system in a post-apocalyptic world where the Internet, mobile networks, etc. do not work. Result: gold and silver,” our diplomat explained.
