In the village Sineborsk In the Shushensky District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police detained a 40-year-old man with a bag of cannabis.
The pedestrian was walking along the right shoulder, violating traffic rules, and was stopped by a traffic police patrol. When communicating with employees, the man was noticeably nervous. And when asked if he had any prohibited substances on him, he answered positively and showed the contents of the package, which contained 482 grams of marijuana.
“First mThe man said that he simply found the package, but later admitted that he was collecting the plant for personal use,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A criminal case was opened against a local resident under Part 2 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, production, processing of narcotic drugs” and during the investigation they chose a coercive measure in the form of an obligation to appear.
