The court fined a resident of Krasnoyarsk for illegally recruiting two migrants to work. This was reported by the joint press service of the regional courts.

It was established that a local resident was employed as janitors citizen of UzbekistanA and citizen of TajikistanA. At the same time, the migrants did not have permits to work in Russia.

By a court decision, a Krasnoyarsk resident was found guilty of two administrative offenses according to Part 1 of Art. 18.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Pattracting a foreign citizen or stateless person to work in the Russian Federation if this foreign citizen or stateless person does not have a work permit or patent.” He was given a punishment in the form of a fine of 125,000 rubles for each foreigner.
