In 2025, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, more than 200 apartments were purchased to resettle citizens from dilapidated houses under the Housing program, which is part of the Infrastructure for Life national project. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

In Krasnoyarsk, apartments were purchased in houses on Svetlova, Lesoparkovaya, Lesnikov, Gruntovaya, Shevchenko, Norilskaya streets and others. In Kansk, residents will move to houses on the streets of Herzen, Moskvin, Ushakov, Eideman, microdistrict. Sunny, microdistrict Northwestern. Residents of Minusinsk will move from dilapidated houses to houses on Gagarin, Abakanskaya, Surguladze, Komarova, Timiryazeva, Narodnaya streets.

“Apartments for displaced people are purchased on the primary or secondary residential market through auctions on the government procurement website. The apartments are handed over to new owners with a clean finish and suitable for living. The acquisition procedure continues, about 30 more apartments will be purchased this year,” said First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the region Maxim Govorushkin.

This year’s program participants include more than 1,000 residents in the cities of Krasnoyarsk, Kansk, Lesosibirsk, Minusinsk and the village of Kozulka. Displaced apartment owners are provided with compensation or housing on the secondary market. Residents from the municipal fund will move to other municipal apartments.

Let us remind you that in 2025-2030 the next six-year stage of the program for resettlement from dilapidated housing is being implemented. Participants are 27 municipal districts of the region. During this period, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory it is planned to resettle 26 thousand people from 965 houses recognized as unsafe from 2017 to 2022.
