Several counties in the south and east of the country, including Bucharest, were, until this evening, under a yellow code alert for strong wind. The wind is easing tomorrow in the Capital, but the weather will continue to be closed.

On Sunday, December 7, when the elections for Bucharest City Hall take place, the sky will be more cloudy and light rain or drizzle will be possible, and the wind will blow weak to moderate, according to the forecast announced by the National Meteorological Administration (ANM). The maximum temperature will be 7…8 degrees.

On Saturday evening, the yellow wind code is extended, but only for the counties of Constanța and Tulcea.

Temporarily, the wind will intensify on the coast, with speeds of 50…55 km/h.

This morning, ANM issued a yellow code, valid between December 6, 10 a.m. and December 6, 8 p.m. Several counties in Dobrogea, the south, the center and the east of Muntenia are targeted. Here, the wind will blow at speeds of 50…65 km/h.

The maximum temperature, close to the climatological norm for the date, will be 6…7 degrees, and the minimum will be around 3 degrees.
