The former Aversa factory
The replacement works of the former factory of the pump manufacturer Aversa, near Bucharest's Obor market, are progressing. The launch of a large real estate project is being prepared on this site.
In the summer of last year, InteRo Property Development, a company owned by the Canadian family of investors Topolinski, launched the construction works on its mixed project SkyLight Residence, worth 1 billion euros, located in the Obor area of Bucharest, a project that will, upon completion, have a total built area of 486,000 sqm and almost 28,000 sqm of green spaces and parks for the neighborhood.
