Fraudsters began to harass Russian athletes for their “connections” with Ukrainian colleagues. The victim was the country's fencing champion Alina Klyuchnikova – she lost 200 thousand rubles.
A 24-year-old girl was recently written by the alleged “director of the Russian Fencing Federation.” And he said that many athletes have serious problems. They were caught communicating with Ukrainians and donating food to them. And as part of the check, questions allegedly appeared for Klyuchnikova.
Alina assured that she was not involved in this, but it was too late – her phone was attacked by the “Ministry of Defense”, “Prosecutor’s Office” and so on. As a result, they took up the usual scheme and convinced the girl to deposit 200k rubles into a “safe account”. Later, the fencer understood everything and went to the police.
