The list of victims in the investigation against the president of the Hreit capital group has increased to 1,434 people. The District Prosecutor's Office in Łódź expanded the charges against the suspect. The damage suffered by investors across the country is estimated by the prosecutor's office at over PLN 342 million.

Prosecutor Paweł Jasiak, spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Łódź, announced on Monday that another interrogation of the president of the companies of the Hreit SA capital group was held at the Łódź prosecutor's office – During the interrogation, the suspect was presented with supplemented and amended charges regarding causing 1,434 people to unfavorably dispose of property for a total amount of over PLN 342 million, the prosecutor said.

“The current charges include 886 additional investors, i.e. persons purchasing shares in special purpose vehicles, which transferred high-value property to the developer in the amounts of PLN 196.9 million, EUR 512,153, 10,000 Swiss francs and USD 229,814,” the prosecutor said in a statement after interrogating the suspect.

He added that the injured persons are related to the investments “Łozowa 48” (PLN 7.344 million from 32 buyers), “Tuwima Sky” (PLN 14.57 million from 80 buyers of premises) and “Tuwima Gardens” (138 buyers of premises lost PLN 40.6 million) in Łódź, “Resovia Sky” in Rzeszów (PLN 22.64 million from 143 buyers of premises), “Pachoński Sky” in Kraków (PLN 16.7 million from 92 buyers of apartments), “Apartamenty Dąbrowskiego” in Gliwice (PLN 7.68 million from 44 customers), “Sosnowiec Ostrogórska” (PLN 2.4 million paid by 19 buyers of premises).

The charges extended by the prosecutor's office also include the investments “Wrocław Bieńkowice” (PLN 8.8 million from 46 buyers of premises), “Apartamenty Kościuszki” (PLN 12.1 million to the detriment of 44 buyers), “Apartamenty Parkova” in Świdnica (PLN 5.57 million paid by 30 of the company's clients), “Warszawska W3” (PLN 1 million to the detriment of 12 buyers). clients), “Merlini Apartments” (PLN 2.5 million to the detriment of three clients).

Prosecutor Jasiak revealed that the investigation also examines construction projects carried out as part of subsequent investments in Opole, Ruda Śląska, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki and Rumia.

The president of companies from the Hreit SA capital group was arrested in September, after the prosecutor's office charged him with “fraud in relation to property of great value to the detriment of 565 people.” The investigation is being conducted throughout the country by a special investigation team consisting of two prosecutors and four police officers.
