The prosecutor's office achieved the dissolution of a fictitious marriage between a resident of the Sharypovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and a foreigner.
The woman entered into a marriage with a citizen of Tajikistan back in 2009 in the city of Sharypovo. However, the newlyweds did not plan to build a family together; after the painting in the registry office, each of them went their own way. The deal allowed the migrant, his real family and children to receive free medical care in Russian clinics
“The institution of marriage turned into a loophole for social benefits, and not a real family,” explained the regional prosecutor’s office.
At the request of the prosecutor, the court declared the union invalid, and the registration in the registry office will be canceled in the near future.
