- 800 g chicken fillet;
- 300 g champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 100 ml cream with 20% fat content;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- 100 g hard cheese;
- salt, pepper, paprika – to taste;
- breadcrumbs.
Preparation
- Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
- Add finely chopped mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates. Salt, pepper, add dry garlic and pour in cream. Simmer over low heat for about five minutes.
- Salt and pepper the minced meat, mix and beat.
- With wet hands, divide into six parts. Distribute each part on cling film, and place some mushrooms and grated cheese in the center and connect the edges on each side, forming a bun.
- Remove the film and roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
- Place the cutlets on parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
