The classic version of the Drwal Burger and the chicken variant cost PLN 25.90, and flavor versions, e.g. with fiery peppers, cost PLN 26.90, says PanParagon. How do these prices compare to previous years?
In 2024, Drwal's offer was exceptionally wide, with classic and spicy variants, with chicken, cranberries and horseradish. Despite this diverse menu, the price of a classic sandwich did not increase and was the same as the year before, i.e. PLN 24.90. The identical price was also valid in 2022, after a large increase compared to 2021, when Drwal still cost PLN 17.40, i.e. by as much as 43%. less than in subsequent seasons – we read in the analysis.

How much did Drwal's Burger cost eight years ago?
After a break in 2016, when Drwal did not appear on the menu at all, the sandwich returned in 2017 with the price of PLN 14 60 gr, also maintained in 2018.
In 2019, the price increased symbolically to PLN 15, still remaining one of McDonald's cheaper seasonal offers. The biggest change came in 2020, when the price increased to PLN 16.90. This was also the last season in which Vege Drwal was available, after which the plant variant completely disappeared from the offer.

Fans of this sandwich are willing to pay even a higher price for it. For years, McDonald's has been focusing on both the efficiency and effectiveness of its campaigns related to Drwal. Advertisements for this sandwich have become almost cult, and the brand regularly reinforces them with additional activities, e.g. special installations, such as this year's arrangement of the restaurant at Hetmańska in Poznań. This clearly shows how much emphasis the network places on the setting of Drwal's return and building a seasonal event around it,” experts of the PanParagon application analyze.
