On Wednesday at 10 a.m., a weather information of quantitatively important rains, precipitation in the form of sleet and snow, intensification of the wind and cooling of the weather came into force, which will be valid until Sunday morning, announced ANM.
According to meteorologists, precipitation will spread from the west and south-west and will gradually cover all regions.
There will be rain, but in the north of Moldova, in the evening and night from Thursday to Friday (November 27 / 28) there will be precipitation in the form of sleet and snow.
In the mountains, especially on the ridges, there will be precipitation in the form of sleet and snow.
Until the end of the interval, amounts of water of 10…25 l/m2 will accumulate, and in the southern and south-eastern regions, as well as in the area of the Southern Carpathians, 35…45 l/m2 and locally of 60…80 l/m2.
Locally and temporarily, the wind will intensify on Wednesday in the west and east of the country, and from Thursday night to Friday in the southeastern regions, with gusts generally of 45…50 km/h. In the high area of the Southern Carpathians there will be gusts of 70…90 km/h.
The weather will cool significantly on Wednesday in the west and northwest, and then in the rest of the areas.
