A man tried to stop a motorcade passing near the Moscow Kremlin. He ran out onto the roadway and began waving at cars.
It all happened today at approximately 9 am on Tverskaya Street, which was closed. The man in the hat was quickly detained, accompanied by brilliant music from a car with a video recorder.
