The contractor who rehabilitates a tram line in the Capital, fined 5,000 lei. What obligation does the construction site now have?
The construction site rehabilitating the tram line in the area of Aviator Popişteanu and Dornei streets was fined 5,000 lei, the Capital City Hall informed on Tuesday.

Also, the contractor was required to clean the public domain related to the construction site.
“Following the checks carried out at the rehabilitation site of the line of tram in the area of Aviator Popişteanu and Dornei streets, the contractor of the construction works was penalized with a fine of 5,000 lei for non-compliance with the provisions of HCGMB 122/2010! At the same time, he was ordered to clean the public domain related to the construction site! He claimed that the order will be made to the sanitation operator for mechanical brushing and washing, based on the contract he holds”, it is stated in an information from PMB.
A similar fine was received, four days ago, by the contractor of the construction works at the construction site related to the 6 subway line in Piaţa Presei, according to Agerpres.
“Following the checks carried out at the construction site related to the metro line 6 in Piaţa Presei Libere, the contractor of the construction works was penalized with a fine of 5,000 lei for non-compliance with the provisions of HCGMB 122/2010! At the same time, he was ordered to clean the public domain related to the construction site“, announced PMB.
The general contractor said that he would intervene with a water tanker and brushes to wash the public domain and no more vehicles would leave until the washing ramp was put into operation.
