The newspaper also talks about skillful hunting. About good organization of hunting in the region:
“…If the contractual campaign and the selection of hunting personnel were carried out well, then nothing has been done in terms of the technically competent organization of the fishery itself. The test shooting, which determines the ripeness of the animal’s skin, was not carried out in a timely manner…November is the decisive month of fur harvesting in the fourth quarter. This big work cannot be allowed to fail. It is necessary to take into account and correct all the shortcomings, make extensive use of and make up for the remaining time for the development of the fishery.”
