After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the head of the village of Razdolinsk, who had been illegally awarding bonuses to himself for a year, was fired for loss of trust.
According to the supervisory agency, from 2023 to 2024, the official, taking advantage of his official position, issued himself monthly bonuses in the amount of 55% of his salary – without the consent of the Council of Deputies. The total amount of illegal payments reached almost 200 thousand rubles.
The prosecutor's office made a representation to the chairman of the village council, demanding to evaluate the actions of the head and consider the issue of his dismissal due to loss of trust. However, the deputies chose the path of formality: they held a meeting, but did not organize a real inspection.

“As a result, the head of the village tried to avoid responsibility by resigning “of his own free will.” The prosecutor did not agree with the grounds for dismissal and filed a lawsuit,” the prosecutor’s office said.
The court declared the actions of the deputies illegal. The wording of the dismissal of the head was changed to “due to loss of confidence.”
The materials of the prosecutor's audit were sent to the investigative body to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case for abuse of office (Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
