A new measure of support for large families was introduced in Krasnoyarsk

A new measure to support large families has appeared in Krasnoyarsk. The corresponding resolution was signed by the acting head of Krasnoyarsk, Roman Odintsov.

As reported by the city administration, an additional measure of social support provides for the introduction of one-time targeted financial assistance to improve living conditions and purchase land. Citizens of Russia who are registered at their place of residence or place of stay in Krasnoyarsk will be able to receive it.

“An important condition is that they must receive a land certificate issued in accordance with the Law of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “On social payments to citizens with many children for the acquisition of land and improvement of living conditions” after January 1, 2026,” explained the deputy head of the city, head of the department of municipal property and land relations, Evgenia Gorshkova.

Let us remind you that currently in the region the amount of a land certificate is 203,963 rubles. It can be received by large families that are recognized as in need of improved housing and have been on a waiting list for more than three years for free ownership of a land plot, and large families that have been on a waiting list for more than 10 years without taking into account the criterion of need.

The additional measure will be of a declarative nature, and the amount of financial assistance will be 100 thousand rubles.

“It will be possible to submit documents in person to the MKU “Center for Providing Social Support Measures to Residents of the City of Krasnoyarsk.” In addition, you can submit an application electronically on the city administration website, or by sending documents to the Center for Providing Social Support Measures by mail,” said Olga Kachanova, head of the social protection department of the city of Krasnoyarsk.
