According to the prosecutor, the goal of criminal punishment has been achieved, so Efremov no longer needs to be in prison. With a caveat – if released, the actor must be banned from driving for 3 years.
At the meeting it became known that the actor violated discipline in the colony. For example, he used the phone and left his workplace to drink tea. For calling for freedom, Efremov was sent to a punishment cell for five days.
